Tara has been working in the fitness industry for almost a decade now, doing everything from Crossfit to Yoga. She does not believe in a one size fits all approach to fitness and uses her diverse background to create customized training plans that help her clients reach their fitness goals.
She loves helping her clients learn to love their bodies and discover strengths they never knew they had.  She is currently certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher.
