Colton Larcheid

When I was 13 years old I was 260 lbs, which was a result of a unhealthy lifestyle.  I decided to change that.  I took my health into my own hands and dropped down to 178 lbs.  It was definitely an adventure and I gained all of the weight back.  My priorities had changed and other things took precedence.  After I got married I decided enough was enough.  I started weight training, watching what I ate, and living just a more active life.  The changes were so great I wanted to help other people reach their goals through personal training.
